Reaching us, and getting it sorted

Oxibet Support: Our Channels, Our Authority and Where a Complaint Goes

Chat is staffed at every hour and email answers inside a business day. Here's how to compose a message we can close on the first reply, precisely what our agents may and may not do, why documents get bounced, and what escalating after 28 days is realistically worth.

Nobody here will ever ask for your password. Not on chat, not by email, not once.

Nearly everything reaching our queue closes in one exchange. What drags is a message written as a narrative, or one missing the reference an agent needs. Plenty ask for something nobody here may do, and knowing that boundary saves a week of circling.

Two routes in, and they suit different problems.

Our two support channels compared on hours, attachments, records and fit.

Chat needs no session, which makes it the right door when the account itself won't open — exactly when people assume they're stranded. Keep your registered address to hand, since we confirm who you are by other means first. For anything substantial, use both: raise it on chat, then ask for the outcome in an email you keep.

A message we can close on the first reply looks like this.

Tickets bounce when an opening message describes a feeling rather than an event. "My withdrawal isn't working" can only be answered by asking for what was missing.

  1. Lead with the registered address

Not a name or a handle. That address unlocks your record, and putting it first saves a round trip. Writing from another inbox? Say so immediately.

  2. Quote the reference, then the amount

Every movement carries an identifier in your history, and crypto adds a ledger hash. Copy it exactly: an amount alone stops being unique once two match.

  3. Give the clock time and the zone

"Last night" spans six hours and reads differently to an agent elsewhere. Date, minute, and your zone — Pacific through Atlantic.

  4. Expected, then actual

Two sentences in that order show whether this is a fault, a misread term or a timing gap. Screenshot the error first.

Leave the rest out. Theories about our internals send an agent chasing a hypothesis rather than a log, and an opening chargeback threat pushes an account toward risk review. Never send a password, card number or recovery codes.

Here's our authority, and here's where it stops.

The right-hand column is where most bad support experiences begin. Several of those refusals exist to protect players, and no supervisor moves them.

What we can do

  • Say where a pending payout sits and which stage it's reached
  • Name the document we rejected and describe a clean replacement
  • Re-send a verification email or reset link
  • Confirm the bonus terms in force when you opted in
  • Correct a genuine crediting error once the logs show one
  • Reset two-factor once we know who you are
  • Apply any cap, cool-off or exclusion without asking why
  • Log a formal complaint and hand you its reference

What we can't do

  • Shorten a cool-off or exclusion — no exception, at any level
  • Restore a bonus killed by a stake over the C$5 ceiling
  • Raise a deposit cap with immediate effect
  • Attach an offer to a deposit you've already played
  • Open Ontario, a licensing boundary rather than a switch
  • Pay out to a method your deposit never came from
  • Overturn a result the studio's generator produced
  • Ask for your password, which we can't see

The stake ceiling generates more heat than the rest combined. While wagering runs, C$5 is the most a spin or hand may carry, and one bet above voids the remainder. Feature-buy buttons cause most breaches, charging up to a hundred times the base stake in one recorded click. Our welcome bonus terms map the rest.

Documents fail for mechanical reasons, not suspicion.

Identity checks drive a large share of contacts, almost always on the day somebody wants money out. We ask what anti-money-laundering practice requires: photo identification issued by a government, a proof of address under three months old, sometimes a payment-method screenshot. Review runs about 24 hours.

Rejections cluster on a short list: a cropped corner losing the machine-readable line, flash across an expiry date, a bill too old, a name not matching the account, a photograph of a screen. Lay it flat in daylight, capture all four corners, check the date, upload.

Do it on day one, not on payout day

Verification runs in the background and never touches your play, so clearing it in the first session costs nothing and removes the commonest cause of a stalled first withdrawal. Our cashier guide shows how it interlocks with the closed-loop payout rule.

Card declinedYour issuer refusing gambling codes before it reaches usConfirm with the bank, then use Interac or crypto

That last row draws the most frustration aimed in the wrong direction. A Canadian issuer refusing a gambling merchant code decides it internally, and that decision never reaches us at all.

Complaints run through us first, then to Anjouan after 28 days.

Stage one is with us, and it settles more than players expect. Put it in writing by email even if it began on chat, state the outcome you want, attach the evidence, and say plainly that you want a formal complaint opened. Then take the reference and keep it.

Stage two opens after 28 days. Still unresolved by then, and it goes to the licensing authority in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, which granted licence ALSI-202411070-FI2 to Green Web Design and Development Ltd, registered in Belize under 000044773.

That puts a documented complaint before a body able to act on a licence, with outside attention an internal desk can't quietly absorb. It is not a court, it isn't quick, and no consumer adjudication service with defined standards sits behind it.

A different tier of recourse, said plainly

Escalating here does not put the apparatus behind a British or Ontario player at your disposal. Those regimes run statutory dispute bodies, fixed timescales and public enforcement records. Ours carries real obligations and sits a tier below that on consumer protection — which belongs in your decision at the outset.

Your records decide a dispute, and they must exist first.

Where two accounts disagree, timestamps settle it, and ours are always on file. Without your own, recollection is all you bring.

Chat usually offers a transcript by email at the close, so take it every time. Terms change between campaigns, which makes a screenshot captured at opt-in worth more than a later reading of the live page. Stop filtering our mail into spam, since rejections arrive there. When something is promised, note the agent and the hour — "at 21:40 on the fourteenth" is checkable. Keep follow-ups in one thread, which becomes a case file where five look unrelated.

Nobody genuine will ever ask you for these

Impostors surface fastest around public complaints — post about a stalled payout and someone wearing our logo may message you within the hour. Your password is never requested by us, since agents can't see it. No payment ever releases a withdrawal, in any form, under any label. We never open a conversation on social media. Genuine exchanges start in the widget on our own site or arrive from our own domain, and being approached out of the blue is the tell.

Two minutes before you message us.

Open your notifications, where rejected documents and voided bonuses are announced and often sit unread. Check the clock you're measuring has genuinely run out, since our approval and the rail's settlement are separate. Then read the terms — our reload and spin offers carry their own conditions, and loyalty cashback follows different rules again.

If a conversation with us is really about chasing money you didn't mean to lose, or getting back into an account you deliberately closed, the ticket isn't the issue. One chat message is enough for us to apply a deposit cap, a loss cap, a session timer, a cool-off or a full exclusion, and we won't ask why. Once set, nobody here can shorten it, which is what gives it force. Our responsible gambling page explains each control and lists free help across all thirteen provinces and territories, plus the 9-8-8 crisis line.

Support questions we're asked most.

Can I use chat if I can't get into my account?

Yes, and that is exactly when it earns its keep. The widget opens from our site without a session, so a locked or refused sign-in is no barrier. Keep your registered address ready, and expect a few identity questions before we discuss specifics.

How fast does email support reply?

Inside one business day. That window covers our first substantive reply rather than a finished resolution, and anything involving documents or money may need a further exchange. Weekends sit outside business days, so a Friday night message is realistically a Monday answer.

Will you end an exclusion early if I ask?

No, at any level. A cool-off or exclusion runs to its stated end for everybody, the person who set it included, and no escalation alters that. We can confirm one is active and when it expires. Being unable to argue it away is the whole value.

One big bet killed my bonus. Can it come back?

Realistically not. While wagering runs, C$5 is the ceiling on any spin or hand, every stake is logged, and a bet above it voids what remains automatically. Feature-buy buttons cause most breaches, charging many times the base stake in one click. Nothing here is discretionary.

What should never go in a message to you?

Your password, a full card number and your two-factor recovery codes. No agent here has any use for them, and sending them turns a routine query into a security incident. Skip speculation about our systems too, along with chargeback threats — both slow a ticket down.

Why do documents get rejected so often?

Almost always mechanically rather than suspiciously. Cropped corners, flash across a date, a proof of address more than three months old, a name that doesn't match the account, or a photograph of a screen. Lay it flat in daylight and capture all four corners.

What if you can't resolve my complaint?

Bring it to us first, say you want a formal complaint opened, and keep the reference. Should 28 days pass without resolution, it goes to the licensing authority in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, which issued our licence ALSI-202411070-FI2 — a body able to act on that licence.

How do I know a message really came from you?

Genuine contact happens inside the chat widget on our own site or arrives from our own email domain, and you start it rather than us. Nobody legitimate requests a password, a card number, or a payment to release a withdrawal. Unsolicited help is impersonation.

Clear verification and most of this never arises

Sending your identification and a recent proof of address in the first few days removes the single commonest reason anyone contacts us.
