Most of our registration form is trivial — an email, a password, a province. Three fields aren't. The currency you pick costs money on every transfer. The name you type has to match a document. And the welcome offer must be selected before your first deposit confirms.
Gather these eight things first.
Hunting for details halfway through is how people abandon a half-built account, then can't sign into one they didn't know existed.

Build a password used nowhere else
Four unrelated words beat a knot of symbols, and type correctly on a phone. Save it before you submit.
Choose CAD as your currency
The most consequential field here and the easiest to skip past. Read the next section first.
Type your legal name exactly as the ID shows it
Not a shortened first name, not a preferred spelling. We check it against a government document later, and a mismatch stalls your payout.
Enter your date of birth
You must be 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. We verify it against your ID, so an approximate entry fails.
Add province, address and phone
Use the address printed on the document you plan to send us. Ontario addresses can't be registered.
Confirm your age and accept our terms
Claiming the offer? Read the bonus terms, not the summary — the C$5 maximum bet and 20-day expiry live there.
Confirm the email, then sign in
Our message lands in a minute or two, sometimes in spam. Click it, sign in once, and set deposit limits while you're in settings.
The currency field is the one we can't easily undo.
Account currency is set once, at registration. Undoing it means opening a support ticket, and usually zeroing the balance first — a request with conditions, not a switch.
Picking USD or EUR while living in Canada charges you twice on every round trip: the deposit converts going in, the withdrawal converts coming back, each at a spread you never see itemised. It also makes our figures harder to reason about — the C$10 deposit floor, the C$50 withdrawal floor, the C$5 cap while wagering and the C$1,500 ceiling are all in Canadian dollars.
And Interac e-Transfer is a Canadian dollar rail, so pairing it with a USD balance bolts a conversion onto the method you chose for being simple. Unless you genuinely hold funds elsewhere, CAD is the right answer. Our cashier overview covers the rest.
Your name has to match your document, not your habits.
We don't check registration details as you type them. We check them at your first withdrawal request — exactly when a discrepancy is least welcome.
So type what the document says. If your passport reads Katherine and everyone calls you Kate, the field takes Katherine. Middle names go in if your ID carries them, and hyphens, accents and apostrophes belong exactly as printed. Same for the address: match the document you'll upload, not a mailing address or a workplace.
One account per person, and we read that strictly
Accounts are one per player, and the welcome offer is one per player on a first deposit. We close duplicates on discovery and any balance is at risk. Where two adults in a household both play, each needs their own email, payment method and name on file — shared details are exactly what our checks look for.
The opt-in has to land before the deposit does.
This is the timing detail that costs people the offer. We attach the welcome bonus at the cashier as part of your first deposit — not afterwards from a promotions page, and never retroactively. If the box isn't ticked when the transaction clears, the deposit is just a deposit.
The multiplier is 400% of that first qualifying deposit, capped at C$1,500, with 240 free spins at C$0.20 each beside it.

C$375 is the figure to remember: more on that first transaction earns nothing extra. Wagering runs 25–35× the bonus, the maximum stake is C$5 a spin or hand while wagering is open, and the bonus expires 20 days after crediting. Documents get rejected for three predictable reasons.
Identity checks are a licensing obligation, not an obstacle we invented. Review takes about 24 hours, so sending documents in your first day or two is the most useful habit you can form.

How to photograph a document so it passes first time
Lay it flat rather than holding it. Use daylight, not the flash, which bounces off laminate and washes out the details we're checking. Get all four corners in frame — a cropped edge is our commonest rejection. Shoot in colour, never black and white, keep it sharp, and don't crop or enhance it after.
Third parties are the other frequent failure. Payments must come from an account in your own name, and withdrawals return to the method they arrived on, so a partner's card won't clear. If a document bounces twice, live chat beats a third upload — our help and support page explains what to ask.
Four things stop a registration; two you can fix.
Sorted in a minute
- A formatting slip. A postal code missing its space, an unexpected country code, a date reversed, a weak password. Read the flagged message.
- An email already in use. Usually an account from an earlier attempt. Use password recovery, not a second registration.
Not fixable at all
- An Ontario address or IP. That province keeps a closed market, run by iGaming Ontario with the AGCO, and we hold no registration. A VPN breaches our terms.
- A previous self-exclusion. Registering again is a breach, not a fresh start. It runs its full term whatever the new form says.

How long does opening an account take?
About five minutes for the form, assuming your legal name, date of birth, address and email are to hand. Verification is separate and takes roughly 24 hours once documents reach us. You can browse and deposit before it finishes, but no first withdrawal leaves until it's done.
Can I register from Ontario?
No. That province keeps its online market closed, administered by iGaming Ontario with the AGCO, and we carry no registration for it, so Ontario addresses and IPs are refused. Every other province and territory is eligible. You must be 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba or Quebec.
Can I change my account currency afterwards?
Only by asking our team, and usually only with an empty balance, which is why the field deserves a moment. Canadian dollars spare you a conversion spread each way, match every figure we publish, and pair naturally with Interac e-Transfer.
What happens if my name doesn't match my ID?
Verification fails and your first withdrawal waits until it's corrected. We don't check details as you type them, so a shortened first name sits unnoticed until documents are reviewed. If you've already registered the wrong version, message us before uploading rather than hoping.
When do I claim the welcome bonus?
At the cashier, as part of your first deposit, before it confirms. We don't apply it retroactively or add it to a transaction already processed. Tick the opt-in on the deposit screen — and if you'd rather not carry the wagering conditions, decline it there rather than claiming and abandoning it.
What deposit unlocks the full bonus?
C$375 exactly. The 400% match caps at C$1,500 in bonus funds, so C$375 reaches the ceiling and anything above adds nothing. Smaller amounts scale in proportion: C$10 returns C$40 and C$100 returns C$400. Our minimum qualifying deposit on every method is C$10.
Which documents will you ask me for?
Photo ID issued by a government, proof of address no older than three months, sometimes a screenshot of your payment method. Photograph documents flat, in daylight, in colour, with all four corners in frame. Cropped edges and flash glare are why most uploads come back rejected.
