Our method list takes ten seconds to read. The machinery underneath decides whether topping up feels effortless or infuriating, so here's the plumbing.
Nine rails, and six carry a page of their own.
Three run on Canadian banking: Interac e-Transfer, Visa and Mastercard. Six run on public blockchains: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin and Dogecoin. All nine open at C$10, and we take no cut of a deposit.
| Method | Money in | Money out | Cost to you | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac e-Transfer | Seconds | 1–3 business days | Your bank may bill per transfer | Canadian banking should do the work |
| Visa | Instant on approval | 1–3 business days | Issuers may add cash-advance terms | Your bank permits gambling categories |
| Mastercard | Instant on approval | 1–3 business days | The same issuer caveat | A second card after a refusal |
| Bitcoin | Once the chain confirms | About an hour | A miner fee for block space | Speed outranks everything |
| Ethereum | Once the chain confirms | About an hour | Gas, priced by demand | You hold ETH and fund in size |
| Tether (USDT) | Once the chain confirms | About an hour | The host chain's fee | Blockchain pace, steady value |
Litecoin, Dogecoin and USDC behave like the crypto rows, and nothing in the cost column is ours. There's no e-wallet layer — no PayPal, no Skrill, no Neteller. We open accounts in CAD, USD and EUR, and for a Canadian the last two are worse; currency is fixed at registration.
C$10 opens the account. C$50 opens the exit.
Two floors, and the gap between them trips more players than anything else.
Ten dollars starts you off, but C$40 has nowhere to go — a balance must reach fifty before we can release it. Treat a trial deposit as money committed to the reels.
Funding for the welcome package? C$375 hits the C$1,500 bonus ceiling to the dollar, and anything above buys no extra bonus. The full arithmetic is here.
A cash out runs in stages, and only the first is ours.
Nearly every argument about payout speed starts the same way: one number read where two were published. A withdrawal is a relay, not a moment.
-
You submit it in the cashier
Pick a method, enter C$50 or more, confirm. The funds leave your playable balance and sit pending — queued, not travelling. If verification is open, it stops here.
-
We approve it, within 24 hours
We confirm you're verified, the account is in order, no wagering is outstanding and the destination matches how you funded. The one stage we can promise a time for.
-
We hand it to the rail
The status changes and an email follows. From here the pace isn't ours: a coin payment is broadcast, an Interac transfer or card credit joins the banking system.
-
It settles where you can spend it
Roughly an hour on any coin. Interac and card credits need one to three business days, weekends excluded.
Here's where the misreading happens. A player sees our 24 hours, waits a day, finds nothing in the bank, and starts counting the delay from there. That day was only ever the review — our half of the job. Stack a rail needing three business days on top, land it on a long weekend, and the money is genuinely in transit until midweek. Two clocks in sequence, not one total.
Three ways to shorten the relay
All three sit with you. Send documents before you ask for money, so the first stage can't stall. Request on a weekday morning, not a Friday night. If speed matters, fund with a coin.
Our standard ceilings, printed rather than buried.
Three caps run at once on a standard account. They don't replace each other, they stack.
| Period | Standard account | What that works out to |
|---|---|---|
| Per day | C$1,500 | A bigger balance pays across consecutive days |
| Per week | C$3,000 | Two maximum days finish the week, not seven |
| Per month | C$10,000 | The one that shapes a genuinely big win |
A balance larger than a ceiling isn't turned away. The excess rolls forward and keeps paying, so a five-figure result reaches you in instalments. All three caps rise as you climb our loyalty tiers. Above the monthly figure, talk to our support desk.
Money leaves through the door it came in by.
Fund with an e-Transfer and your payout is an e-Transfer. Fund in Bitcoin and it returns in Bitcoin. We route every withdrawal to the instrument that paid for the deposit, wherever it can receive one. That's the closed-loop rule, in force at essentially every licensed operator rather than invented here.
It reads like an obstacle and it isn't. Funds arriving through one door and leaving through an unconnected one is the classic laundering pattern, and our licence obliges us to shut that door. It works for you too: anyone who got into your account couldn't redirect the balance.
Some routes travel one way only. A payout to a card is a refund against the original charge, so it returns at most what you deposited, and prepaid cards often take no credit at all. We return what the method accepts, then route the remainder — your winnings — to a second method in your own name. Our Mastercard page covers the reissue and prepaid cases.
The card, the account or the wallet has to be yours
We can only take money from an instrument in the account holder's own name. A partner's card or a parent's chequing account is refused across this industry, and a deposit that slips past surfaces at verification instead — the worst moment for it. No appeal, no family exemption.
Verification is the gate in front of your first payout.
Identity checks aren't a sign we're suspicious, and they aren't optional for us. Our licence — No. ALSI-202411070-FI2, held under the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros — obliges us to confirm who you are and that you're old enough to gamble. We check once, before your first payout, in about 24 hours.
| Document | What we accept | Why it comes back |
|---|---|---|
| Government photo ID | An unexpired passport, provincial licence or provincial photo card | Out of date, a corner cropped, or glare over the photo |
| Proof of address | A recent utility bill, bank statement or letter from government, under three months old | Too old, or showing an address we don't have on file |
| Payment-method proof | A photo of the card with its middle digits masked, or a wallet screenshot | The full number uncovered, or no name in the frame |
A clean upload clears in roughly a day. A rejected one restarts that day from zero, and two bounces turn one day into four. Nearly everything we send back fails on photography, not paperwork: lay the document flat, shoot it in daylight, keep it whole in frame, and send the original image rather than a screenshot.
So do this in week one, while nothing rides on it. A bounce costs nothing when your balance is quiet; the same bounce on payout morning costs another day. Our help page covers what to send.
Fiat against crypto is a trade, and we won't pretend otherwise.
There's no winner, only a swap of one inconvenience for another. Most Canadians are better off on Interac. Players who hold coins already, and want money back this afternoon, are better off on a blockchain.
Interac and the cards
- Canadian dollars end to end, no conversion
- No wallet, no address, no chain to get wrong
- It shows on a statement you already read
- Payouts take one to three business days
- Your issuer can refuse a card on category grounds
Bitcoin, Ethereum and stablecoins
- Settlement in about an hour, weekends included
- No bank deciding what you may spend on
- BTC and ETH move, so a payout can convert back to less
- A wrong address or network is final
- You need a wallet and the care to use one
Stablecoins sit between the camps. Tether moves at crypto speed while holding a dollar value, so the games are the only thing changing your balance — though it still wants a wallet. Playing from a phone? Our mobile guide confirms every rail works in the browser.
The deposit limit is the hardest-working control in our cashier, because it acts before money moves instead of after. A reduction takes effect immediately; an increase sits through a cooling period — exactly the asymmetry you want, so choose the figure on a calm evening. Our responsible gambling page walks through limits, session timers, cool-off and self-exclusion, and lists free confidential support for every province and territory. In a crisis, ring or text 9-8-8.
The cashier questions we field most.
What are the deposit and withdrawal minimums?
Ten Canadian dollars to fund an account on any of our nine rails, crypto included at the equivalent value, and fifty to take money out. We add no charge to a deposit, but mind the gap: a balance under C$50 can't be released.
How long will I wait for a withdrawal in total?
Add two stages. We review and release inside 24 hours, checking verification, wagering and account standing. Settlement follows: roughly an hour on any coin, one to three business days where Interac or a card carries it. A Friday request usually lands midweek.
My bank turned down a card deposit.
Several Canadian issuers refuse gambling merchant categories as written policy, and that call is made inside their systems before we hear anything. Neither we nor our chat team can overturn it. Don't hammer the card — repeat failures can freeze it.
Can I take money out through a different method?
Usually not. We send payouts back to whatever funded the deposit, an anti-money-laundering control used across the licensed industry. Where the original instrument can't accept a credit, we route the remainder to a second method in your own name.
Why do my documents keep getting sent back?
Nearly always the photograph rather than the paperwork. Put the document flat on a plain surface, use daylight so no glare covers the photo, get all four corners in frame, send colour, and upload the original picture instead of a screenshot.
How much can I withdraw at once?
A standard account is capped at C$1,500 per day, C$3,000 per week and C$10,000 per month, and the three run together — two full days exhaust the week. Nothing over a ceiling is refused; it pays across the following periods.
Someone else wants to pay my deposit.
We can't accept it. Whatever you pay with — card, bank account, wallet — has to carry the name on the gambling account, and third-party funding is rejected everywhere in this industry. Where one gets through, the mismatch appears at verification and holds up the payout.
Is CAD really the right account currency for me?
For a player in Canada, almost certainly. It's our native currency, every number we publish here is denominated in it, and Interac only ever moves Canadian dollars. USD or EUR adds a conversion spread each way. Set it at registration.
Set the cashier up once and stop thinking about it
Choose CAD, pick one rail and stay on it, upload your documents in week one, and put a deposit limit in place before the first top-up.
Fund your account18+ / 19+ by province. Not available in Ontario.
