Sign-in help from us

Oxibet Login: Getting In, and What We Do When You Can't

Our sign-in panel, the order to work through a refused attempt, the eight reasons we turn one away, and which of those you can clear yourself in a minute. Plus password resets, two-factor and what changes on a phone.

This page explains our sign-in. It never is one, and it will never ask you for a password.

Refused sign-ins feel identical from where you sit, but they split in two. Some come down to the form: your typing, your browser's memory, your location. Those you fix in a minute. The rest are about account state, where a twelfth attempt achieves what the eleventh did.

Our sign-in lives in exactly one place.

We run no login subdomain, no separate portal, no downloadable client. The Login control sits at the top right of oxibet.com and drops a panel over whatever page you're reading rather than sending you elsewhere. On a phone it hides inside the menu icon.

Two things follow. You can't really bookmark a login page, so bookmark our homepage and open it from there. And with no official login URL to memorise, search results fill with domains happy to imitate one. A convincing copy of our panel costs almost nothing to build and does one job: recording what gets typed in. The padlock proves encryption, nothing more.

Things we'll never ask of you

Our panel wants an email, a password and one short-lived code if you turned that on. That's the whole list. We never ask for the three digits on the back of a card, the password to your online banking, the seed phrase behind a wallet, or a payment that supposedly "releases" a withdrawal. Our agents won't ask for your password either. Any such request is fraud.

Four steps, and step three catches most people.

  1. Open us from your own bookmark

Not from a sponsored search result or a promotional email. No bookmark yet? Type the address, check the page recognises you, and save it then.

  2. Give us the registered email

Your identifier is the address the account was opened with, never a nickname or player number. If two inboxes are plausible, search both for our welcome message.

  3. Clear the password box, then type it

Select everything your browser prefilled, delete it, type by hand. Autofill handing back a password you changed months ago is the biggest single reason we refuse a sign-in.

  4. Finish the code if you use one

Six digits by email or authenticator, and they expire fast. A stale code fails exactly like a wrong one, so generate a fresh one rather than retyping.

Eight things stand between you and your account.

Work down this table before trying again. The last column says whose problem it is.

The eight most common reasons an Oxibet sign-in is refused, what usually causes each, what clears it and whether you can fix it yourself.

Rows one to three are a minute's work. Row eight is a document check our cashier guide covers. Rows four, five and six each carry an answer people dislike.

The cool-off you forgot setting

Cool-off is a short voluntary lock, requested from account settings and measured in hours or days. While it runs your account won't open, and that isn't a malfunction. We can't shorten it, cancel it or override it, however the request reaches us. That immovability is the whole value of the tool. Your balance sits untouched throughout.

Self-exclusion

Same idea with more weight. It runs for months or indefinitely, and no agent or escalation shortens it. It survives an attempt to open a second account on different details — we close duplicates on discovery and any balance on them is at risk. If the lock is hard to sit with, our responsible gambling page lists free support in every province.

Your connection is an Ontario one

Ontario keeps its online market closed, administered by iGaming Ontario alongside the AGCO. Serving residents there requires an iGO registration and we hold none, so Ontario IPs and postal codes are blocked at registration and at sign-in. A VPN is not a workaround. Masking your location breaches our terms, and verification checks documents against your registered address, so the mismatch surfaces at your first withdrawal.

Resetting a password is four steps and no guessing.

After two careful attempts, stop. Further tries only bring a temporary lockout closer.

  1. Tap the reset link under the password field

Enter the address on the account. We reply identically whether or not it exists, so silence usually means the wrong address rather than a fault.

  2. Look in spam before deciding it failed

Reset mail gets filtered more than most. If nothing lands within five minutes, the inbox probably isn't the one we hold — a chat matter.

  3. Open the link while it's live

Our reset links are single-use and time-limited by design. An older one won't work, so request a fresh one rather than reopening it.

  4. Choose a password used nowhere else

Long beats fiddly: four unrelated words outrank a knot of symbols and type correctly on a phone. Overwrite the old entry, don't store a second.

If the mail never comes and you're sure of the address, live chat runs around the clock and doesn't need you signed in. Our help and support page covers the identity checks to expect.

Two-factor is the setting we most want you to switch on.

It takes a minute and changes the arithmetic of a stolen password entirely. With it live, somebody holding your password still needs a device they don't have.

Email codes need no setup and are exactly as strong as the inbox receiving them. Authenticator apps generate codes on the device with no message to intercept, which is better — provided you keep our recovery codes somewhere other than that phone. Lose both and a reset becomes a support case with documents attached.

Four habits keep the account yours.

01

One password, one site

Credential stuffing replays pairs leaked from unrelated breaches. A password that exists only here can't be reused against you anywhere.

02

Lock the inbox first

Whoever reads your email can reset this password. Securing the account and leaving the inbox open is a deadbolt beside an open window.

03

Sign out on shared devices

Our sessions last days. Sign out properly on a shared laptop, or anywhere someone underage might sit down — a closed tab isn't enough.

04

Read the mail we send

Payout confirmations, rejected documents and setting changes all arrive by email. Filtering them away is how people learn of a problem days late.

Set your limits the day you set your password. Caps on deposits and on losses, session timers and reality checks sit in account settings from the start, and choosing them with nothing at stake is easier than mid-session.

Phone sessions drop more often, and that's expected.

Mobile is the same site in a mobile browser, with no app to install: the Canadian stores don't distribute real-money gambling apps in our licence category. One practical difference: sessions expire on inactivity and after a network change, so moving from Wi-Fi to data can log you out mid-lobby. Signing in again is the whole fix.

Adding us to your home screen makes a shortcut that opens full-screen and keeps its own session — a bookmark with better manners, and one a search result can't redirect. Our mobile guide covers setup and data use.

Behind the sign-in sits one balance covering the casino lobby and the sportsbook. Signing in to claim the opening offer? Read the welcome bonus terms first — the opt-in has to happen before your first deposit confirms, and the registration walkthrough shows where it sits.

If you're trying to talk your way past a cool-off or self-exclusion you set yourself, treat that impulse as the most useful thing your account has told you all year. Those locks don't move, by design. Every account control, plus free confidential helplines for each province and territory, sits on our responsible gambling page. In a crisis, 9-8-8 takes calls and texts, day or night, in English or French.

Sign-in questions we answer daily.

Is there an Oxibet login portal or app I should be using?

Neither exists. Our sign-in is a panel opened from the Login control on oxibet.com, and mobile play runs in a browser rather than an installed app. Treat any page calling itself an official Oxibet login portal, and any store listing claiming to be our software, as credential harvesting.

My password is right, so why do you reject it?

Because something invisible usually rides along with it: a trailing space copied from a note, caps lock, a phone keyboard capitalising the first letter, a curly apostrophe from a word processor, or a manager still feeding us an old value. Empty the field, type once by hand, then update whatever stored it.

How do I reset a forgotten password?

Use the reset link beneath the password field and give us the address the account was opened with. We email a single-use, time-limited link that often lands in spam. Open it promptly, pick a password you use on no other site, and overwrite the old entry in your password manager rather than keeping both.

Can your team end a cool-off early?

No, and that's the tool working rather than us being unhelpful. Once a cool-off is running it reaches its stated end for everyone, including the person who asked for it. Live chat can confirm that one is in force and when it lifts; no agent and no escalation can make it shorter.

I self-excluded and changed my mind — what now?

Waiting is the only route. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its full term by design, and registering again on different details breaches our terms: we close the duplicate when we find it and any balance is at risk. If the wait feels intolerable, a free provincial helpline is worth a call.

I'm signed in but the cashier won't open. Why?

That's a verification hold, not a login problem. Your account works normally while identity checks are open, but the cashier stays locked until we approve your documents. Check notifications for a rejected or missing item, send what we asked for, and allow roughly 24 hours for review.

What if I lose the phone holding my authenticator?

The recovery codes issued when you enabled two-factor will get you back in, which is why they belong somewhere other than that phone. Without them, a reset becomes a support case and we'll ask for identity documents first. Anything easier for you would be equally easy for someone impersonating you.

Will a VPN let me sign in from Ontario?

Please don't try. Ontario's licensed market is closed and we carry no registration for it, so this is a licensing boundary, not a technical hurdle. Hiding your location breaches our terms, and since verification checks documents against the address on file, the mismatch surfaces when a withdrawal is reviewed.

Sign in and get back to it

Bookmark us once, keep two-factor on, and finish verification early so the cashier is open the day you want it.
